Jason Renwick, Founder & CEO, is the driving force behind the company, shaping its direction, overseeing operations and bringing a constant curiosity for new ideas.

Brett Lavender, Executive Chef, brings nearly two decades of international experience to the kitchen, translating ideas into bold, creative food.

Jenia Nelisova, Creative Director & Brand Manager, shapes the look, feel and voice of the company, from concepts and interiors to branding and communication.
